Privacy Statement
Flutterby Crafts Ltd ensures that any information relating to you personally or your transaction is protected by using a secure server on our website. The details of your email address are kept on our database so that we can send you a newsletter. This information is not passed on to any third party. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive the newsletter.
How to Pay
We accept most major credit/debit cards for payment of goods ordered online, please note that we DO NOT accept American Express. Your details are collected by secure server and for added security, deleted once your order is dispatched. This means you will need to re-enter your details each time you purchase from us. We accept cheque payments, but goods will not be despatched until cheque payments have been cleared by the banking system.
Post and Packing Charges for the UK Mainland only
Postage and packing will be calculated and charged at cost, which will be added to the cost of goods at the time of invoicing.
For goods to be shipped outside of the UK please contact us direct for a quote.
Please note some items are very heavy and exempt from our normal postal charges, these include some of the larger punches, Cricut Machine and Cuttlebug. If you order any of these please email us for the correct postage information.
Value Added Tax
All our prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. Magazines and Books are exempt from VAT. The VAT details will be shown on the receipt sent with the goods.
Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but if for some reason we are out of stock of any of the items we will send the bulk of the order and endeavour to send the balance as soon as is possible. If you do not wish us to keep back orders for you please indicate this in the special requests section of the order form.
If you order an item which clearly states it is out of stock and that item takes you over the free shipping limit, the item will be removed from your order and shipping added at the appropriate amount for the remainder of the order.
Packages are sent via Royal Mail with proof of posting obtained. Heavier (exceeding 2kg) or more valuable packages are sent via Parcel Force as this allows us to insure them. However this service can take between 3-5 days.
If you require any other form of posting please note this in the special requests section of the order form, however further charges may apply.
Damaged Goods
Please note no responsibility is accepted for goods damaged in transit. If, upon receipt of your goods, the packaging is compromised then contact the post office immediately, keep the packaging or take photographs as evidence for your claim. You can contact us for a copy of the proof of posting to assist your claim.
We accept no responsibility for the non delivery of items. We will obtain a proof of posting receipt for every package sent, and assist you in anyway we can but you will need to make a claim for loss from the post office.
Prices
We endeavour to keep the web site as up to date as possible but prices can be subject to change without prior notice.
Returns
Faulty Goods
In the rare event that goods are faulty then please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements to return the goods for either a full refund or immediate replacement. No responsibility is accepted for goods lost in transit while being returned so we suggest you send them Recorded Delivery.
Cancellation of Orders
In line with the European Directive Distance Selling Regulations you are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. If you wish to do so then please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Your right to cancel is effective from the time your order is placed until 7 days after the day you receive your goods. Please note, however, that our postage and packing charges are non-refundable, and that unless faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning goods.
Goods must be returned in their original and sealed packaging and in a saleable condition.
Intellectual Property
The contents of the Flutterby Crafts Ltd web site are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute any of the materials or contents without written permission from Flutterby Crafts Ltd.
Availability
Lastly, if you have not found what you are looking for it does not mean that we don't have it or cannot get it so email us and we will do our very best to satisfy your requirements.
